New Billing system a ripoff

Hi,
i am struggling to understand the logic behind MTN changing their R60 monthly BIS service. You now have to pay separately for BBM, Internet Acess, Social networks, etc.

I am fed up with this confusion and each time you try to call MTN to get guidance and clarity, they call centre staff is very impatient and irritable..

Has anyone else been having trouble with this? I am ready to port to another network, this is just too confusing to deal with.
