If you have followed my complaints from the word go, and weren't so ignorant. You would of found out that the phone only had software problems and no hardware defects. And this was confirmed by the store as well. Mtn claimed that the phone was handed in damaged but this was not the case. I find this beating around the bush answers absolutely disgusting and would like a solid answer and contact from Mtn to resolve this matter. Is this MTN's way of doing business, by not honouring their responsibilities.
