Pure incompetence!!!

I went to to the 8ta store in centurion mall, my fiance ported his vodacom nr to 8ta, I sim swopped one off my 8ta NRs and I purchased a new 8ta SIM card and purchased R15 airtime for the new SIM card. I also purchased the R149 3 GIG data for the nr that I ported from vodacom... The lady said to me it will take 1 hour for all our hrs to be on the network. My sim stopped was activated, it's been more than 24 hrs n still no network on the other sims... I went back to the store and the lady has attitude n tells I never told her to port the hrs??? EEEEmagine!!! And I paid R201 for all this.. I just want my money and I will stay at vodacom.. I work for a company that specializes in SERVICE, and 8ta doesn't know what that means!!! Ever sorry I actually wanted to port my nr from vodacom to 8ta
