Unacceptable attitude and customer relationship

Upon calling the MTN customer call center, a consultant named Zanele was suppose to assist with a query I had. Trying to explain the nature of the problem, she constantly interrupted me and could not give further detail regarding the incident. My spouse which is an IT engineer took over as he has got experienced knowledge in the field trying to help with more in depth knowledge, she still interrupted and as well he could also not get a word in. When he tried to explain she said she will drop the call and that she did cutting us off without having a resolution to the query at hand. I have phoned again and spoke to Thulani who assisted in a tolerable manner (unlike his incompetent and arrogant colleague). I would like if MTN can recall the recorded conversation as of 2013/05/04 on 17h59 to listen to the frustration we endured and the arrogant attitude from Zanele. I have moved from Vodacom in hope for better client services, but seems not to be the case. I am utterly disgusted in the way I was treated and I feel that it is extremely rude and incompetent to attend to clients like that.
