Apparently a new ADSL line was installed for another customer. With this installation the technician crossed my line and it stopped working. I reported the problem on 16 January and followed it up every day since. The only response I am getting is that the problem has been reported and in the que to be fixed. I am frustrated because they can't give me a date when the line will be fixed - the whole process seems to be indefinite! I am not receiving any feedback whatsoever!
