I had a huge problems with receiving calls on my phone and after complaining through this forum finally some help was received and my network setting were updated and then after all that I could finally receive calls after 2 months! However now after all then 90% of the time I have no signal at all! So therefore the call problems have not been solved as I can't call out, or receive class or do anything really that requires signal as I don't have any!
This is getting ridiculous as I have to reboot my phone in order to get signal again and this is hugely painful! I tried to follow up with the person assigned to my previous complaint and he never responded or provided and assistance at all! Please can someone sort out this issue!!
