NO HELP!!!

I upgraded in August last year from BB to SAMSUNG. I also changed the contract. In January 2013 I went to Key West to complain thatthe phone is faulty and that the megapixels seem to be disappearing and a pink stripe has appeared on the screen. I was told that they don't have a loan phone for me and if i dont use the data on the contract I will loose it. They said they will look for a loan phone and contact me. I then went to the Clearwater branch. Same thing there. All I can do is use the card in a modem to ensure that I dont loose the data. I explained that I use this phone for business and this is not acceptable. They also said they will see what they can do for me as far as a loan phone goes. This week I phoned the customer care and low and behold I was told to go to the store. Must be quite honest they guy did not seem interested in helping me! How much longer am I going to wait for this problem to be sorted out? This phone now seems to be switching on and off on it's own and the dates seem to revert back to the manufacture settings. This is not acceptable and if not sorted out soon I have no option but to complain TO THE cONSUMPER pROTECTION!
