MTN simply subtracted R263 from the balance on my MTN top-up contract. Ref. #6334290
I made enquiries via the 808 helpline, but I was told to go to a MTN outlet for assistance. My MTN shop could not help either and referred me to a MTN email helpline facility -
My email to them was answered by a Nandi who requested that I re-submit the query at the month's end when the current month's billing cycle would be complete. This I did on 5/04/2013, but I get no response.
The general level of help I get from MTN is terrible. Do they expect to get away with by simply ignoring customer queries? What should I do when MTN takes money from my account and fail to even respond?
