Why do I pay for never having SIGNAL!!!

This is the second time i have had to complain about the same probelm but it is getting worse. Since our company has relocated to the Riverhorse Valley area of Durban no one on MTN can get a 3G signal on our smart phones meaning that emails and the like do not work and many calls go direct to voicemail. Its costing our business and reputation and although i was promised by MTN that someone would come out and do a check for us nothing has ever happened. I have no also recently moved house to Gillits and guess what, the coverage is even more pathetic there. SO basically im paying for a 3G smart phone and i get no signal at work nor at home. What the do i pay you for then? My phone is technically an overpriced paper weight with your service provider. Absolutely pathetic, i cant wait until my contract expires so i can port to another network just like everyone else in the company has been doing lately.
