I went into vodacom to report that my phone was and that i need a sim swop or a cheaper contract, so that i may take out another contract. But instead found out that i was still charged for BIS which I have asked to have remove in November 2012. I have asked for a refund on the 16 April which i have called the call centre twice including this morning and they still have it pending up till now. The first call said that i would be contacted in a space of 24 hours to 48 hours and i was not contacted since. All i want is to be refunded for an amount which i should not have been charged for. I own a samsung s3 not a blackberry i have no need for BIS service.
It should not take that long?? The migration cost is too high, i was unable to take another contract with vodacom. westgate branch (near woolie) was not helpful at all, the consultant just stared at me as if i had all the answers. call centre consultants can't give me a straight answer. Its my money that was debited wrongly and i would like to be helped as soon as possible. This refund should have been done before i was debited again. I have been a loyal client for years and i get this kind of bad service?
