I down graded my airtime package and the proses was not handled correctly by store staff and I was billed incorrectly for 3 months in a row.
After numerous communication and e mail and phone calls to IStore's only Sandton branch came back to me and I was informed that the Voda World branch must deal with this issue.
Phoned branch and first they informed me that it is not there responsibility to credit me and I had to drive to them and see management.
It is now almost a month later and still no credit has been payed over although it has been approved by head office.
Apparently according to shop staff this is a common problem in SA that refunds is a issue!?!
