I am utterly disgraced by the poor service that a colleague of mine and I experienced. We were looking for clear wrapping tapes and sellotapes and had about R200.00 to spend just on them. We couldn't get the quantities that we were looking for so we thought maybe there was more in the stockroom and that is when we were looking for assistance and approached a young not well groomed gentleman by the name of Thabiso. He couldn't wait to get rid of us as he took us to the back of the store where we came across 2 guys that didn't even wanna have a look in the stockroom for us and just "assumed" they were out of stock. We went back to the tills to pay for the quantities that we had and we were approached with a smile from ear to ear by a preffesional lady named Jennifer who took her time and walked all the way to the stockroom and came back with more than what we were looking for. I believe that Jennifer is an asset to your company and is given further training not to be a cashier forever. People like her makes one feel very aprreciated and welcomed in the store and would only come back because of her. As for Thabiso, he still needs training on attitude and the way he presents himself.
