Once again the service is intermittent

In the last 2 months I've spent 2 weeks with a horrific internet connection, I'm paying for 10mb uncapped service with Telkom 'do Broadband', (which they incorrectly put me onto a 24 month contract on in the first place, and then I get told to phone an 'Andy' (IF I WANT TO CANCEL IT SO HE CAN DEAL WITH THE PENALTY CHARGES) Have you ever heard of a company telling you to phone someone if you want to cancel, instead of removing the 24 month contract in the first place?

Do you have a bunch of first years coding your systems?

Now back to my incredible connection, I've had multiple calls to the call centres, then technicians phoning me, however it is so intermittent that when I last spoke to some support technician who knew what he was talking about (in contrast to the Telkom helpdesk who's technical limit ended with 'turning it off and on again' and resetting the port and threatening 'unnecessary callout fees' with every second sentence) the connection was fine.

I was with Mweb for years, not once did I have this, now if I want to go back, I'll have to get old Andy involved
