Complained was raised on 22 April at 18H12 here and Veronica replied on 24 April at 10H 27 with REQ 2053579.
My parents still sits with no phone and no answer. The phone is still in for repairs.

I will never do business with Mtn, my parents will also leave them after 12 years.
