The ecBF has received a 14 page complaint along with proof in the form of photographs, e-mails and supporting documents about an Early Learning Centre which is part of their forum / panel. The evidence and proof supplied to them cannot be disputed or denied in any way or form as it is concrete proof that what these parents say happened to their toddler in the 3 years he attended this ELC really did. The ecBF however refused to recognise the seriousness of what has happened to this child and this ELC is still on the board. Some of the things that happened to this child: Expelled because his parents complained about the child / teacher ratio, a measles vaccination was given to him without the parents knowledge or consent and his parents are still fighting for his clinic card to be updated, he got severely sunburnt on 2 occassions due to the teacher / child ratio not being adhered to, he came home with 3 bite marks on him which nobody had noticed, he was severely punished when he was 18 months old by being put in a naughty cot which he climbed out of and fell head first onto tiles. His parents forbid anyone from punishing him again but it continued and was blantantly ignored.
