I've filed the first complaint with Cell C on 6 April 2013 of the slow Internet connection with intermittent breakdown in the connection with all the proof. After reporting the problem to Hellopeter on 11 April an instant response came from Cell C. This quick response is but a smoke screen for their incompetency or reluctancy to attend to the problem. After having completed the same questionnaire 4 times, receiving confirmation with 2 sms'es stating different reference numbers, nothing has been done until today (30/4/2013). Please file your complaints at Gauteng Consumer Affairs and Business Compliance Council and let us stop an incompetent bunch!
