Never in my life has service been this bad!
I requested for a line to be transferred to a new address on 5 March, it is 30 April today & still nothing.
Each time I phone I get a different story with promises of supervisors phoning back, but this never happens.
I am at my wits end.
I am paying and paying and getting nothing back.
