A few weeks ago I received a call from lawyers stating that my account was in arrears, when i asked them how long it has been I arrears they just gave me an amount and told me I need to pay it. confused by this, I asked them for copies of mine and my fiances contracts, they only sent my fiances and not mine. But her contract had a false signature, was not hers, and when we contacted the lawyers again, they said it was not their problem. I am still awaiting my copy of the contract which I had supposedly signed on the 19th July 2012, but the person who was called me sent me an email after the 19th July 2012 asking me if i was still interested.
Very irritated I called the Lonehill Branch again, the person responsible no longer works there and they told me a manager will call me back. I am still waiting for them to call me regarding this issue. I was also never notified of a card or never even attended the gym before, yet I have to pay an account I wasn't even aware existed.
