I was a member at Cobblewalk, which was damaged in a fire. My contract has ended, and I have submitted all the documents required for cancellation. I have just received another statement, and my account is still ACTIVE.
I have been promised that the money will be reimbursed, thus far nothing has happened.
I have spoken to the area manager, Hennie and Ihope that the issue will be resolved.
I am so glad that I have now joined Virgin Active. I would never recommend Planet Fitness to anyone.
