No timetable 1 week into classes

My sister is unable to attend classes due to not having a timetable! She logged onto e portal and had 3rd year courses when she is in 1st year! She was then told to check later and later. Been to campus every day this week, waisting time and money! Waiting on long queues and being treated as though she is an inconvenience. Forget that fees have been paid, and classes have started, how does she attend when she cannot be told when her classes are? This is such pathetic service. This same nonsense occurred last year, what type of unprofessional institution is this
