My husband and i had agree to sign for gym membership after being mislead by Lwazi that if we sign up we
would have the month of march and April free and our first payment will go off on the 01/05/13 for the month of may, after not receiving any confirmation that our memberships were activated i send her and sms and email that confirms that we would like for her not to continue with the applications, she never had the decency to confirm that mbrships were already activated. i found out that mbrships were activated through an sms from my bank confirming that money has been paid to virgin yet we were promised that money would go off on the 01/05/2013. on 02/04/13 i spoke to Joy who confirmed he is 2nd in charge of manager when i req to speak to manager confirmed that he has send my complaint to the manager but i have not received feedback to date.
