I have been trying to convert my membership from Vitality to Momentum Multiply with the supplier and was assured that this was done on the 10th of Jan. I contacted Momentum and they were not aware of this.
I then called Virgin again to establish what was the problem and all I got was that there was an error in converting my membership but no specifications were given. I was assured that a conversion agent would get back to be to sort it out and that has not happened. This will lead to financial implications that were not budgeted for as I have not been refunded for my gym fees.
