Bought a Trojan treadmill from Game Tygervalley. We were assured of excellent after sales service. And, should something go wrong it will be easily fixed - it has a 1 year warranty.
It broke on 02/01/2014 still under warranty and we reported it the same day.
The first attempt to get M5 to fix the treadmill took a few phone calls. They ended up cancelling that appointment on the day of appointment via sms. Then, nothing happened. After some calls/emails, they rocked up at my house mid morning in the middle of the week on 10/01 without an appointment. And, funnily enough they were surprised that no one was home. Well, both of us work during the day - so does the rest of the world, so what were they thinking? I phoned and Zelda assured me they had been to my house, looked at the machine, and that they have already ordered the parts. Huh? She told me to phone the driver. The driver told me the office will phone me and make an appointment. I received no call. Week later, I got them to remove the faulty part and a replacement supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. Inquired later - got no feedback.
Enough! On 28/01 I returned the Trojan for a full refund!
Seems to be just another M5 failure.
