I joined virgin active this year (2013) and i must say it is the best decision. I lost my phone in the first week and one of the friendly staff members took it to the reception where i found it. Today i lost my car keys and the guy who helped me not only made sure it was safe but actually made sure it was mine. talk about going the extra mile. BIG UP TO VIRGIN BOULDERS.
