I changed my package to the vitality package on 27/02/13 so I can pay R73.80 instead of the normal R369. I paid the required R865 and signed forms to confirm that I have been changed over, and will no longer use the Nedbank acc but the FNB acc.

Then came 1 March, they deducted R369 from my Nedbank acc and R73.80 from my FNB acc.

I spoke to Katleho (& I'm not blaming him for this) and he explained to me the 10-day period to get my refund, however after those 10 days I would like to have back my R369 plus the debit order charge on my Nedbank acc which is R7.00 (I can even e-mail my statement if need be).
