It is so easy and fast to complain and I know I almost always complain about poor service because I was taught to give my best and to always practice excellence.
Today, I would like to compliment Petunia and Ndumiso. Virgin Active Maponya Mall has hired the kind of people I would hire at an establishment like VA. Wow! I was so impressed by the friendly greeting I received at the reception, met a friendly salesperson, Petunia and then Ndumiso. They were both very helpful and answered all my questions. I was dazzled by their friendliness and their great attitude.
