This is the second time this year that I have had problems with billing for Virgin Active and I am extremely disappointed.
I changed medical aids so I went from being an adult dependent to a main member on Discovery(& had vitality included.)
I was assured by staff members that it would automatically change my benefit from 50% discount, to 80%.
This means my bank account was debited with R279 as apposed to R133.
I expect this to be rectified immediately as I should never have had this charge.
