I went to Virgin Active La Lucia Mall, i am a premiur member and i had left my card in JHB, I have always been allowed to use my Id. Things have changed apparently and i could not enter unless i bought a new card for R60 . I didn't mind paying R60 but firstly i am paying so much a month they should have let me in. Secondly the way management dealt with it was disgusting! The attitude of CHARMAINE KISTAN was disgusting!!! She does not know how to deal with clients. This is not the first rude encounter my family has had with her. I was also told by another member of managment if i don't like it i could go somewhere else. This is not the first incident at La Lucia. My aunt attended a class at La Lucia and the instructor humiliated her infront of everyone!! I think management needs a major change there! The worst bunch of staff i have dealt with and they are extremely unhelpful and rude!!!
