Bankmed changed their gym partner from Discovery Vitality to Momentum Multiply from 01 Jan 2013
- Between the 03rd to 09th Jan, I contacted the Wanderers branch and the phones just kept ringing with no answer
- On Thursday 10th Jan, I visited their offices and dropped off my application at the reception. I also enquired about their phone lines and they said that they were having problems with their lines.
- Days passed, with no response, I went back to their offices on the 14th and was told that they lost the application form
- I then forwarded the completed application again to Sandra (admin manager) the same day
- They only activated my gym membership on the 22 Jan 2013
- Att the end of Jan, Wanderes moved onto a new system.
- Imagine my surprise when I went to the gym and they the 01st Feb and was told I was not on the new system
- Every morning thereafter until today they just say to you at the reception, please use the alternate enterance as they are having problems.
- How hard is it to keep a log with members having problems?
- I then related my frustrations to Dylan Hinde (mgr of duty 12th Feb) and told him my story
- He promised action and nothing has been done
