So it seems Craig's promises of an improved gym in 3 weeks and offers to give me his contact details was nothing but an attempt which was meant to keep me quiet. But it wont wont prevent me from now publicly badmouthing and discussing the disgraceful VA Kings Park at any opportunity. Broken cardio and strength training machines with wobbly seats, touch screens that dont work, buttons that don't work and non functioning heart rate monitors accompany lack of handlebars, non-working fans, sweltering temperatures as well as uninterested condescending staff who give me attitude when I make requests as it disrupts their precious flirting and social time. The staff at this gym now make me sick at the sight of them. I have been to various other VA gyms across the country and this is by far the rudest, ugliest, busiest and dirtiest VA. Compared to the others, you should not give it the VA name. Other members that I have spoken to concur with me in terms of a lot of my complaints. I would like someone senior to Craig and who is not a manager of Kings Park to call me and SINCERELY tell me what changes are going to take place in this substandard Virgin Active in the near future
