Bad customer service

Hi. I am in Durban and frequent most of the Virgin Actives in my area, mostly Kings Park. Top Gear is in Durban today so there are a lot of road closures, 2 of them being on either end of the road to gain access to the Kings Park gym. I call (being in a lot of traffic and being redirected far away from the gym) Kings Park admin and ask how to get in and she casually says that it is open on the one end of the road. However I ensure her that there are cones and FENCES blocking the end of the road, with two cops. She says I just need to show my card and they will let me through. I say that they should, after all people are paying exclusive prices for these gyms, put up a sign or SOMETHING at that road saying if people simply show their access cards that they can get through, instead of thinking that the road is blocked and going passed it, looking for another access point. I eventually (after an hour in traffic) get to the gym and speak to the ladies at the front desk who tell me the same story. I keep trying to reiterate the fact that any normal person would see a blocked off road as being a "no entry" so they need to put up a sign. Blank expression and nothing gets done. BAD SERVICE
