Poor Customer service

I recently moved my gym membership from Discovery to Multiply, the result is that I paid double for February. I am extremely irritated with the manner my query has been handled. I reported it to Thulani and he assured me I would get a refund, after about a week, still no word from him except when i call him and then he assures me he will let me know what is happening, out of frustration i went to Tumi the club manager on duty on Monday night and she said she will try (?) and resolve the query and get back to me, Still waiting!!! i would like to pose the question, WOULD VIRGIN ACTIVE ALLOW ME IN THEIR CLUB IF I OWED THEM ANY MONEY
