Lack of feedback with regard to gym membership

I enrolled my son for gym on Thursday, 31 January at the eco park gym. At the time of enrollment, I did not have proof with me that my son was a scholar so he was enrolled on the off peak contract with the assurance that, once I sumit the proof that he is a scholar, he will be moved to the student package. On Friday, 1 Feb, Sakhile visited my work to collect the necessary forms. When my son went to gym on the foklowing Monday, his membership was not changed and I was told that IT takes 48 hrs to uodate the membership. He went again to gym on wednesday and thusday, yet not one time the membershio was updated. On friday I sent an email again and was assured that Monday, today, first thing, it would receive attention. Guess what??? When my son went to gym tonight it still was not fixed on the system. So I would like to know when this will be fixed???
