I had a membership cancelled in August 2013. Took a new membership just after. Since both events I have been billed twice by this company every month from October 2013 to date! Since November 2013 I have submitted queries about my account, spoke with the admin lady, she explained in detail why certain billings on my bank account.
Its February 2014 I just got billed for a blacktag and another membership I cancelled in August 2013, while ealier in the week I was billed my current membership, while im waiting for refunds of the previous erroneous bills I complained about, and nothing!
I am annoyed and Fed up.this company needs to correct its blunders and be prompt about it. This is bad service! disgusting!
