Billed on a cancelled contract and wont refund

I took up a black membership with Rivonia and cancelled within cooling off which was done. When planet migrated to the new system, my membership apparently kicked in and I was billed 6 times. On the 25th of June I was promised a refund which to date ive not received and am not able to get any help
