My girlfriend is having a problem in having money owed to her returned from Virgin Active, in January, there was a change of vitality numbers as she joined my medical aid and all thie notifications and paperwork was completed in Dec.
In January there was alomost R600 deducted from her account, so we queried it at the gym in Parkview Pretoria and we were told it must have been a mistake as all the membership changes were approved and she was still registered as a vitality member.
I dont know what to do anymore, we have been very civil about this and spoken to the people at the gym numerous time and they say that head office should have paid it over.
It is now almost a month later and we still have not recieved any feedback or money from Virgin Active. We all know January is a tough financial month and we have had to go into my overdraft this month because of this.
