I wonder how it must feel to be one of the three most detested companies in South Africa. It is astonishing that this organisation is still operating.
Well, same old, same old, despite that fact that my partner cancelled our contracts with Planet Fitness, in writing, by email and in person on more that 15 occasions, the keep on dipping into my banking account every so often, like they are doing with thousands of people on a daily basis. I have, over the past 18 months spoken to at least 60 people at Planet Fitness, who all undertook to resolve the problem. Outcome - Nothing!!! The staff at Rosebank and senior manage net set the benchmark for uselessness in the world.
I am now inviting everybody that had or are enduring the same as me with these, to, like me, lay a charge of against The Managing Director of Planet Fitness. Let's stand together and close them down for once and for all. If we all stand together now, we can erase them from the business landscape in no time. Go out and use Facebook, twitter and every other means available to get the message to millions of people in South Africa.
Let's form a united front and get the job done!
