I am disappointed the reception manager attitude is bad, I signed and paid for a new contract in May but every time I go to the gym, they tell me my account is in arrears and they don't even have proof that I paid my contract. This is very unprofessional, a big company like planet fitness should have systems in place to keep records of transactions.
