Good day, I have a complaint with planet fitness. I see deductions on my account when I went to check with my branch its planet fitmess. i never joined a gym with them but every month there is deductions on my account. I went to my bank to stop it but it deducts with a different reference number. When I called them they requested my id no and they promised to call me back but I havent recieved any call from them all they do to chauw my money. Today I went to withdraw my last money for transport but there wasnt any money it was deducted by them now I dont have money to go home. Please assist what else should I do now in this situation.
