Trying to get hold of the call Centre

Good day

I have been trying now for 2 days to get through to the Planet fitness call center, I have been on hold this morning for 45 minutes. I am trying to cancel my contract and every time a call my branch they tell me i can only do it through this number: 0861496463.

I cant believe that a gyms call center could be this busy for this long.
