I have been trying since Monday to contact the Planet Fitness call centre. I am merely put on hold, and the call is never answered. Hopeless service. I have also attempted to make contact using the web form and Facebook. Sadly, the reason I need to call is because Planet Fitness has made a mistake with my debit order (another example of woeful performance on their part). I can't use the gym now, and can't call anyone to fix it.
