On the 10/01 I contacted slimbetti 2 purchase sum of their products. After giving the consultant my cc details our line got cut hence not finalising our conversation yet that didn't stop them from charging my cc with the amount for the products. The very next day I tried contacting the consultant as I needed 2 cancel my order. I could not get thru on their 3 landlines so wrote a msg on Facebook. I tried contacting them for the next 7 days No luck. Since then they have messed me around for 13 days making me call back write emails and explain my situation over and over only 2 be told 2day they don't do money back guarantee? Just shows they only want ur money and cannot guarantee their product. I was never read a mandate 2 authorise the charge was never told their was no guarantee or that I could not get my money back if I changed my mind. How can a business operate this way? Is it even legal? Also the fact that they don't respond makes this business very fishy.
