I reported Avon to Hellopeter on 20 Dec '13. The very next day I got a call from Kesiloe. She said she'd sort out my refund for the money back guarantee, which gives NO time period in the brochure. She phoned my rep and arranged with her to refund me. She phoned me back to say its been arranged and my rep would refund me in the meantime and her account will be credited with R568. I asked what if she doesn't get her money back from Avon but was given her word it WILL be done. The 3 orders I'd placed that were never received are just my bad luck. No effort was made to get me even 1 or 2 of the products at the promo price. Their problem with n line ordering, my bad luck!! Thank goodness she didn't have the money to do that because now 1.5 months later, she's been told they will not refund me as its been too long. That after I've been trying since Aug and after Kesiloe gave me her word and assured my rep, even asking her to refund me in the meantime!!! A WARNING TO ALL LADIES, AVON IS A DISHONEST COMPANY. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, YOU'LL NEVER GET IT. I'm shocked and disgusted.!!! I WANT MY R568 back this week, bottom line.
