I wanted to take a new approach in the hope that it would easier for you lot to grasp, i was going to paste my previous complaints here as well but they wont fit..So here goes AGAIN I posted 2 complaints one on the 20th December 2013 and the second one 31st December 2013. AND STILL this hasnt been resolved!!! Jack called me... had me and tears and said he would call my husband and didnt.
