It has been brought to our attention that the following amounts have
been deducted via debit order:
31st December 2013 R245.00
13th December 2013 R245.00
28th November 2013 R250.00
25th November 2013 R250.00
15th November 2013 R250.00
10th October 2013 R250.00
This membership was terminated in 2010 after a long fight with Mary
Lou (then the branch manager) as there was too many deductions from
our account (which we have never received the refund for in any way).
This complaints was sent to the branch without a reply, you can not even get through on their and even onto the CEO but no reply!!!
Such bad bad service, no wonder we cancelled with them!
We have noticed that we are not the only people to who this is
happening, and is sure that we will have a strong case against Planet
Fitness.
