People are passing out due to heat in the gym which has been faulty since October 2013 which is not acceptable. The head office does not even pick up their phones, very frustrating. They are in breach of contract as I am not paying to train in a steam bath which is dangerous to my health. People are fainting due to the heat and we were told the repair of the aircon will take 12 weeks, then it is Winter. Unacceptable.
