No feedback on membership cancelation

Hi

We are trying to cancel our membership with the gym as we have moved and can not longer use PF. Calling the call centre is a waste of time and money as they NEVER answer. Emailing... well that also does not help.
I even went as far as going to the branch... but that also do not help.
I am getting the idea PF is postponing assisting one to ensure they get some more money in.
Government departments give better services!!!

I need to register with a new gym and is missing some serious training time due to this.
