I am so sick of people going over their 20 minute limit on the treadmills at Planet Fitness in Aurora. It happens every day during peak hour that I am there. I addressed this with reception, floor staff (I believe his name is Jonathan) and with the manager Hennie. And nothing has been done.
The manager Hennie told me that they would set the treadmills to stop after 20 minutes on Tuesday, and that was two months ago.
What is floor staff doing there? Why is no one checking that people get off after their 20 minutes is up? I assume it is because they are too busy on their phone, chatting to their colleagues and walking around doing nothing. I am paying a lot of money to be there and this is disgraceful. It is such an easy job! How come no one can do it properly?
And then you have the audacity to charge me double in December when nothing ever improves. What happened to all the promises you made when we first signed up?
