I am utterly disappointed in Planet Fitness (Business development department), I don't think disappointment is even the correct description.
Since 3 September 2013 I've trying to get a hold of Willie Brase at the Planet Fitness Head Office for business development, I've sent numerous emails, phoned about every day and no response till today, 17 December 2013. Every time a Deneo lady answers the phone and has some soppy excuse that his not available or she will give the message with a bad attitude. I'm sure his not the only person I can contact with regards to business development because no else can assist. I don't know what type of business Planet Fitness is running, and when I look at all the complaints on Hello Peter it doesn't surprise me.
What upsets me the most is that I have to complain about it and hopefully I'm lucky by getting the response I'm looking for.
