Since October these people are debiting my account, I have paid the outstanding R150 owed and its still going off every month it is now January 2014 and this problem still hasnt been resolved.
Last installment came off the 31st December 2014 I have called them exactly 6times now and I still haven't gotten a chance to speak to anybody in charge as I'm told every time the person is either on lunch or not in the office. I left my number and still no return call, Ive been in the gym as well to give my letter and pay the outstanding amount of R150 and still this goes on.
I was told by assistant that I still owe R150, the R150 clearly went off on the 31st December 2013 and when I called in they said it needs to clear cause of all the holidays its the 7th and still no feed back.
This is now seriously ridiculous.
